Practice times for the Winter Break:

We will practice Mon, Tue, Thu, & Fri from 9:00-11:30 AM over the break. If your family is in town for the holidays, then you are expected to be at practice! Parents: Please email me at Isiah_Cabal@scps.k12.fl.us if your wrestler is going to be out of town. Remember: just because we are out of school doesn’t mean that we are out of season!

Good luck to the varsity tomorrow & Saturday as we head to the 40th Annual Lyman Holiday Invitational. The tournament will be our largest yet, with 32 talented teams coming from all over the state of FL (including 1 New Jersey team). This will be a great test for our guys to see where we stack up against the rest of the state.

Friday schedule:

11:30 AM: Weight/hair/nails check in Wrestling Room

12:00 PM: Leave for Lyman HS

1:00 PM: Weigh-ins

3:00 PM: Round 1 begins

Saturday schedule:

7:00 AM: Meet at Lyman HS (weight check)

8:00 AM: Weigh-ins

9:00 AM: Wrestling begins
